етістік+атын/етін/итын/итін endings added to a verb in the middle of a sentence functions as linking words such as which/who/where in present or future tenses.
For example:
Мен алатын кітап Алматы туралы. = The book which I will (am going to) take/borrow/buy is about Almaty.
Асхаттармен келетін қыз Алматтың қарындасы.=The girl who will come with Askhat and others is Almat’s sister.
Мен бұрын сен істейтін жерде жұмыс істеген едім.= Before I worked in the place where you (are going to) work.
Exercise 1. Make up 5 sentences with which, 5 with who and 5 with where linking words and translate them into Kazakh.
