Егер ...... са/се, ....... construction is used as a conditional sentence. Егер is translated as if. A verb in the dependent clause with if always takes ending са/се. The word егер can be omitted, but ending са/се implies the same meaning.
For example:
Ертең қолым тисе, қалаға барып қайтамын.=If I have time tomorrow, I will go to the city.
Біреуге жақсылық жасасаң, алдыңнан айналып келеді.=If you do good deeds for others, it will be rewarded to you later.
